मिडिया एनपी, काठमाडौं । हरेक प्राणीको शिशु अवस्थामा स्याहारको निकै आवश्यक पर्छ । यस अवस्थामा ध्यान दिन नसकिए बच्चा बिरामी मात्रै जीवनभर रोगी पनि हुन सक्छन् । यसर्थ बच्चाहरुको राम्रो र सावधानी पूर्वक ख्याल गर्नु सबै अभिभावकको कर्तव्य पनि हो । आज सानो सानो कुरामा ध्यान दिएर रेखदेख गर्न सकिए भोलि बच्चा स्वस्थ र तन्दुरुस्त रहन सक्ने चिकित्सकको दावी छ ।

बच्चाहरुलाई स्वस्थ र तन्दुरुस्त राख्न गर्नुपर्ने यी १० महत्वपूर्ण कार्यहरु :

१. बच्चालाई न्यानो बनाएर राख्ने । मौसम अनुसारको लुगा लगाई दिने ।

२. जन्मेको ६ महिनासम्म बच्चालाई आमाको मात्र दूध खुवाउने ।

३. ६ महिनामाथि दुई वर्षसम्मका बच्चालाई साथमा लिटो पनि खुवाउने ।

४. बच्चालाई राम्ररी साबुनपानीले हातखुट्टा धोएर मात्र खानेकुरा खुवाउने । र यही बानी लगाउने ।

५. तातोपानीले धोएर वा डुबाएर मनतातो बनाई फलफूल वा रस खुवाउने ।

६. कोठामा भरसक कोइला नबाल्ने, बाल्नुपरे झ्यालढोका खोलेर मात्र बाल्ने । तथा बच्चालाई एक्लै नछाड्ने ।

७. चकलेट, चाउचाउ, बिस्कुटजस्ता जंक फुड नखुवाउने ।

८. घरबाहिर बच्चालाई डुलाउँदा माक्स अनिवार्य लगाइदिने ।

९. विभिन्न किसिमका संक्रमणको सम्भावना बढी हुने हुँदा बच्चालाई लिएर ठूलो जमघट भएको ठाउँमा धेरैबेर नबस्ने । बस्नु परे निकै सावधानी अपनाउने ।

१०. सरकारले लगाउने सबै खोप नछुटाई लगाउनुपर्छ ।

There be the girlfriend of those girls who always makes the reason of her to go out from the house without their boyfriend. Then one day the friend of the boy asks them that he likes the girl.
